Message us for more details! Have boats or watercraft of your own? Bring them! We have a boat ramp right onsite and plenty of room for your trailers, as well as docking. Play beach volleyball, cozy up by the fire pit, relax at the dock, or just play in the cleanest, coolest water on the lake. The water comes right out of the mountains and dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. We are actually in one of the best areas to fish, right near Little River and Spring Creek! Eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach and watch AMAZING sunsets! Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. 1. The twin metal bunk beds have a weight limit of 220lbs upper and lower. **The water recreation is a good walk but is accessible by vehicle. We have 5 acres and you can drive right to the dock if desired.
